Sign in and open Find Teachers in your student dashboard, then open a teacher's profile. Choose your course (Quran, Hadith, or Arabic) and pick a day and time from the teacher's available slots. Trial classes are free and last 30 minutes. Your booking is sent to the teacher as a request, and the class is confirmed once they accept it. You can have one open trial per teacher at a time.

Open the trial or class from your dashboard (Trials, or Schedule for enrolled classes). A Join button becomes active up to 15 minutes before the start time and opens the meeting link in a new tab. Teachers add the meeting link themselves, so if you don't see a link yet, the teacher hasn't added one — reach out to them if it's close to class time.

Payments are handled securely through Paystack in Nigerian Naira (₦). At checkout you're taken to Paystack to complete payment, and then returned to Haske once it's confirmed.

If a payment fails it's marked as failed and nothing is charged. There is no automatic retry — use the Try Again option on the payment screen (or start checkout again) to make another attempt. You can review all of your payment attempts under Payments in your dashboard.

After your trial is completed, choose to proceed with the teacher. You then set your courses, how many hours per week you want (1–5), your preferred days, and a time, and pay for your first 4-week plan through Paystack. Your classes are scheduled weekly for those 4 weeks. Plans do not renew automatically — we remind you before yours ends, and you choose whether to pay for another 4 weeks with the same teacher.

You can cancel a trial any time before it starts. For paid plans, use Manage on the Payments page to pause, resume, end your plan, or change your schedule (days and time). Pausing never costs you classes — the classes you have paid for simply move later. Trials themselves can't be rescheduled — cancel the trial and book a new time instead.

On the sign-in page, choose Forgot password and enter your email. If an account exists for that email, we'll send a reset link that's valid for one hour. Open the link and set a new password of at least 8 characters.

Register and choose the Teacher role, then complete the teacher application: your personal details, qualifications and Ijazah, the courses you teach, and a short intro video. Applications go through a two-level review by our team. You can follow your progress on the Application Status page, and we email you at each stage. Review typically takes 3–5 business days. Teachers are currently based in Nigeria.

In your dashboard, open Availability, turn on the days you teach, and add time slots (in 30-minute steps). Students can only book within those slots. Times are shown in West Africa Time (Africa/Lagos). Slots that already have booked students are locked so you can't remove them by accident.

Add a bank account in your Settings — we verify it through Paystack. Your Earnings page shows your session totals minus the platform commission. Payouts are sent to your verified bank account automatically each month, so you don't need to request them. Just keep your bank details up to date and verified.

Register and choose the Publisher role, then submit the publisher application: your bio, areas of expertise, qualifications, and a writing sample. Like teacher applications, it goes through a two-level review and you'll be notified by email. Once approved, you sign a Publisher Agreement and can start writing.

From your dashboard, create an article with a title, category, cover image, and content, and save it as a draft. When it's ready, submit it for review. An administrator reviews it and either publishes it or returns it with feedback. You can track each article's status — Draft, Under Review, or Published — on your Publications page.
